             NUSS - Cardigan (original design)      NUSS - Pullover ... 'Your Way'

Originally, the NUSS Cardigan was knit using our Blackstone Tweed yarn from Berroco's Design Book #288 with a gauge of 4.75 sts/in.  

But, using a few redesigning techniques, the modified pullover (Wool Bam Boo by Classic Elite) came out to a gauge of 5.5 sts/in.  

How we got there is why this class was developed.  

We will show you how you can take what's presented in most patterns and turn them into a creation that better fits you and your personality!

Class Title: 

                           NUSS PULLOVER ... 'YOUR WAY'

Instructor:

                           Linda Lucente

Materials:

                           Yarn:        Your choice of yarn/gauge (preferably smaller than 4.75 sts/in).

                           Yards:      (approximates per size) XS=1100-1150, SM=1150-1200, Med=1200-1250

                                                                                L=1350-1400, XL=1400-1500, XXL=1500-1600

                                      Note: must add/subtract some yardage based on sleeve lengths short/long.

                           Gauge:     5.5 sts/in.

                                       Note: More yardage will be needed if gauge is more than 5.5 sts/in.

Needles:

                           Size must be appropriate to yarn chosen to obtain gauge.

Comments:

                           Homework: gauge swatch (4x4) in both ST ST and Pattern ST in order to see the

                                       drape of your yarn.  No need to cut the yarn.

                          March 13 + 27, April 10 + 24   (all 4 sessions are from 1:30 to 3:30pm)
